Players will develop fundamental skills including passing, setting, hitting, and serving. Athletes will practice their skills with a variety of wave and competitive drills. There will be consistent coaching feedback from court to court. All coaching staff members will teach the same mechanics, use the same methods, and run the same drills. This is a great opportunity for players to get a feel for what volleyball is all about.
